I am thrilled to bring my passion for Pilates to Houston. Movement has always been a central part of my life- from growing up as a dancer and playing competitive hockey to skiing, snowboarding, and strength training. Being active shaped who I am, but it was an injury in the gym a few years ago that truly transformed the way I approach movement.
After being diagnosed with scoliosis, I was introduced to Pilates- and it completely changed my relationship with my body. Through Pilates I learned how to move with intention, build deep core stability, and train my body as an integrated system rather than isolating muscles without purpose.
Today, I combine Pilates with my background in functional fitness and my ongoing education in biomechanics and functional movement. I have completed the Human Foundations (HF) course and continue to study movement principles that emphasize posture, gait, and long-term structural health. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and develop a deeper awareness of their bodies.
My mission is to help people relearn healthy movement patterns. Build strength from the inside out and move through life with greater confidence- whether they’re recovering from injury, looking to improve their posture, or simply looking for a smarter, and more intentional way to train.
